Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your trendy shoes arrive safely.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Customers: Please note that customs fees may apply for international shipments, which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Modern Trendy Shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear or damage
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show any signs of wear. All slipper returns must be in pristine, unworn condition with original packaging intact.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
Exchanges:
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the new size/color
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- Price differences will be refunded or charged as needed
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including hiking boots with manufacturing flaws):

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
