Most of our customers find our shoes true to size. However, we recommend checking the specific size guide available for each product, as fit may vary slightly between styles. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

We ship worldwide from our San Antonio warehouse! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas in Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch

We process orders within 1-2 business days (weekends don’t count!). You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes! All orders come with tracking. Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking information so you can follow your shoes’ journey to your doorstep.

We want you to love your Modern Trendy Shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged shoes in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item (following our return policy) and placing a new order.
