Bogs have become a household staple for us. I have found them to be the most reliable boots for wet and winter wear for my kids, and these boots were no different! They fit true to size, but often size up to accommodate winter socks and layers.

These are the first rain boots that my 10 year old son has not complained about. He was wearing a 4, but we had to send back for a 5 to give him a little room to grow. They are light weight, very soft and comfortable, even in the shaft. He wore them almost everyday during a very rainy two weeks at sleepaway camp and loved them. And they look nice too!

My son is having a blast splashing in puddles with these. Easy to put on. Waterproof. They hit the back of his calf when wearing shorts – but I think any rain boot would do that.

Bogs sold a neoprene and rubber kids’ boot called the Glosh a few years ago. (It was not quite as warm as their true winter boots because the insulation was 5mm instead of 7mm, but was still temperature rated to five degrees F. I was so excited to see the Glosh boot for such a low price. But this is not that boot. Not sure why it is billed that way (a Bogs issue or Zappos), but neither the boot nor the box it comes in actually bears the name “Glosh”. It looks nice but is a regular rain boot. No neoprene, no temperature rating. Granted, this is only a problem for people like me who are familiar with the past product, since the description does not specify any of those characteristics. I feel silly for getting so excited to see the Glosh for such a good price. It was indeed too good to be true!

These boots are great for my 7 year old with wide feet! We use them all spring and fall for playing outside and nature hikes.

I am so glad I bought these for my son. They hold up great and are the perfect length-not too bulky or heavy to walk in but protect a good portion of the pants. I also love how the handles are not able to be ripped off like so many other rainboots.

We bought two sets of the Rainboot Tractor boots for two of our grandson’s for part of their Christmas.. They loved them. The 4 yo where’s his tractor boots, JD shirt and hat and thinks he’s dressed to perfection! Both boys live on the farm with us and are nuts about tractors, we may have a few and love the boots.

They’ve held up to frequent use thus far, and my 3-yr-old son loves them. Only downside is he’s started refusing to wear his other shoes in favor of these.
