As I do every spring for the last 7 years, got my grandson his Bogs spring rain boots. He loves them and wears them constantly. I love them because it’s impossible to wear them out. So durable and he tells me they “feel good on my feet”. Couldn’t ask for more than that. We will continue our tradition.

My 8yo picked these out herself, in pink, and is thrilled with them. They are truly pink in person. She requested a size up, which I was worried about for rain boots, but she’s been able to navigate hanging upside down on the playground monkey bars, as well as climbing country hills, and she’s got the room to grow! The soles are very tough. I’m curious to see how the texture cleans up after mud, but so far so good!

My daughter picked these out and they’re really darling on her. She’s 8 and has been able to wear them on the jungle gym, hanging upside down and doing all her usual stunts. We got a size up for growing into – so they are big on her, but she’s having no problem with them.

I settled with this model instead of the Sweetpea Tall that I originally ordered because they are comfortable and good looking. I still need to put them to the test out there! And I do not think anybody will notice I am wearing kiddies shoes. 🙂 I love the idea they are made in USA. I just wish BOGS made smaller sizes of their adult models.

I will say that my daughter LOVES these boots. That’s why when she discovered several cracks/holes on the sides where there is either functional crimping or just for looks, she was SO disappointed. I expected these to last at least a year. We bought them in October and discovered the cracks on Easter when she was stepping in some puddles and her feet got soaked inside the boots. These were the most expensive rubber boots for kids so I thought they would be the highest quality. To be honest the rubber seemed thin and flimsy when they arrived, but we kept them because my daughter loved them so much. Now they are non-functional.
