Upon receiving my purchase, the first thing I noticed was how the hikers were individually put in its own white bag. From my experience, this was a first and thought it was a nice touch to further protect the shoes from any scratches on the leather.
The quality looked and felt top notch for a shoe of this price range and probably even more.
The design, is of course, beautiful in my eyes. It is what attracted my short attention span too look a little more.
The fit, however, was longer than I had hoped. I usually wear a size 8 and a half, but I had more toe room than I would have liked when I slid them on. I requested a half size smaller through the return/exchange form on their site. The exchange process was easy peasy lemon squeezy for what I had to do. The return came in a reasonable amount of time, too.
The sized down pair received was spot on. It was a bit snug, but the overall fit was comfortable. The toe room now was more than acceptable.
I also know that leather will stretch out and form over time so it was not an issue.
As my first purchase from Bogs, I am a happy customer and have added them to my favorites tab.
I have my eye on the Bozeman tall next.

Love these boots, second pair I’ve purchased. First pair still holding up after 2 years, was time for a shinny new pair to go along with them.
For my foot they run big, I usually am an 11.5 – 12 depending on brand, first pair I got were 11.5 and slightly big, the 11 is perfect.
